Controlled by innovative human resources, a nation would be able to transform its resources in productive means to achieve a prosperous nation. The process of creating innovative human resources, however, is not one nation’s project, but it may need a bilateral or even multinational cooperation. With this in mind, it is very important to have a cross nation discussions about the innovative human resources. As student representative currently studying in Japan, we observe the opportunity and possibility to contribute in strengthening the cooperation and discussion between Indonesia and Japan.
